Rising Stars Special Opportunity
Beginning January 9, 2012 and for the next 8 Monday evenings from 7:00pm CST to 9:00 pm CST, young people can experience this dynamic college skills and life skills program at a considerable cost savings. Using a tele-conference format, up to 8 students will begin to take action for the consequences of their decisions while creating a plan for the rest of their future. If saving at least one year of college expenses makes sense to you (fact: Average American college students takes over 5.5 years to earn a 4-year degree - National Center for Educational Statistics), then many would agree that the investment of just $697.00 is very reasonable.
Recognizing that sustainable change is critical to the success of any individual, here is what each young person will receive:
- 16 hours of group tele-conference instruction

- 2 - 30 minute follow-up calls at 30 and 90 days

Parents or caregivers will receive 4 phone calls.
- The first one will be for 30 minutes to discuss the results that the parents would like to see.
- A second 15 minute phone call will be after the third week and to confirm continuation in the tele-classes
- After completion of the program, a 15 minute phone call look at future goals and report overall progress.
- Finally, at 90 days, the final 30 minute follow-up call will be made to confirm that changes have been sustainable.

Rising Stars have been an absolutely excellent experience for me and the following are a few reasons why. The high school public education experience and many private high schools are well do not develop the necessary self leadership skills required to be a self-directed individual in the 21st century.
